Welcome to SHAKTIBARRE's Spring 2022 Retreat in Maine (May 26-29). By definition a "retreat" means withdrawing in some way, but we prefer to think of it as a fun, connective reset. Maine is where Corinne was born and is known for its coastal breezes, deep green pines, particularly grounding and delightful adventures, local food, and feeling Mother Nature's organic care. Where we visit will be among Aucocisco and Wabanaki native territories which we will honor and respect. Here's the logistics:
Corinne and Jasmine will be co-leading this retreat. Further, it is limited to 12 participants and teachers Lotus and Emily will join us too. Every participant must provide proof of a COVID-19 vaccination before arrival.
WHAT (Tentative Itinerary)
May 26: Arrive to Portland by 12PM for lunch at LB Kitchen and artisan shopping in historic Portland. Nature walk around Mackworth Island, 55-minute power yoga class with Jasmine, and immersion with Lotus (an immersion is a non-physical lesson with one of our teachers). Scenic drive to the Damariscotta area with optional cold plunge in Pemaquid Falls. Welcome integration with Corinne and locally-sourced dinner at our beautiful house.
May 27: Awake by 8AM for 55-minute barre class with Emily and breakfast. Beach and preserve hop (plus immersion with Jasmine!) in the Boothbay area. By the way, "preserves" are protected, virtually untouched lands ranging from fields to mossy forests. Lunch is at the famous Seagull Shop and we'll do a 55-minute sunset slow flow yoga and tarot class with Emily and Lotus before heading back. Downtime and/or optional private sessions with teachers and locally-sourced dinner at home.
May 28: Awake by 6AM for 30 minute upper body barre class with Jasmine and breakfast. Hiking in Acadia National Park and picnic lunch at Sand Beach. Immersion with Corinne and locally-sourced dinner at home.
May 29: Awake by 10AM, grab breakfast from Rising Tide, and head to Crescent Beach for 55-minute cardio barre class with Jasmine. Walk the Two Lights Loop. Portland Pottery Cafe and pre-departure integration with Corinne. All departures will be from Portland as early as 4PM.

Arrive to Portland, Maine by 12PM on May 26 and depart Portland, Maine as early as 4PM on May 29. You are responsible for scheduling and purchasing your own commute to and from the retreat whether it be by car, bus, plane, or train. Once you arrive at your "port of entry" let's call it, we will come get you of course!
Let's reset, connect, and have fun in Maine's exceptional natural setting! We are a strong, loving, vibrant community of barre and yoga gals who haven't really been able to see one another in person since our studios closed with 2020's pandemic beginnings. Corinne, Jasmine, Lotus, and Emily bring their expertise and compassion to you 12 participants in a weekend of togetherness to remember.
Early Bird Pricing: $762 by April 1, 2022 and option to split into 2 payments
Regular Pricing: $799 by May 15th, 2022
Please remember pricing doesn't include your commute to and from the retreat but includes absolutely everything else.
